CBD Strengths (10ml bottle)
If you're using a 20ml bottle, halve the strength (e.g. 1000mg in 20ml is approximately 5% strength)
250mg / 500 mg (low strength, 1% - 2% CBD). This strength is perfect for maintaining general health and wellness.
1000mg / 2000mg (medium strength, 5% - 10%). This strength is great for helping to treat moderate chronic pain, inflammation and fatigue conditions as well as mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD and PTSD.
3000mg - 4000mg (high strength, 15% - 20%). This is best for helping to treat severe chronic pain, inflammation and fatigue conditions and for different types of cancer.
ATH would always advise you to start on a lower dosage as laid out below and increase this gradually on a weekly or fortnightly basis until you obtain the desired effect for your individual needs. Once you have achieved the desired effect, simply maintain that dosage.
